Permanent Residency Sponsorship Policy
For those of you who work for a multinational company I would like to know if you have a corporate permanent residency sponsorship policy and if you would be willing to share the answers to the following questions:
1. Do you require a minimum term of employment before approving sponsorship? If yes, how long, 12 mos, 24 mos?
2. Does your policy have a pay-back provision? If yes, what type, such as 100% pay back if employee leaves within 12 mos of receiving green card?
3. Does your company have an approval committee?
4. Will your company pay the travel expenses for the employee to pick up the visa?
