Retiree Health Coverage

We employ approximately 100 people and are considering providing benefits for individuals who retire after the age of 55 but before the age of 65.  We are aware that the federal government is offering financial assistance through December 2013.  We are interested in knowing how other employers of our size are treating coverage for retirees.  Can anyone offer suggestions?
