Undercover Boss

Is anybody watching Undercover Boss on Sundays nights?  Kind of interesting from perspective of onsite managers.  Last week focused on CEO of Hooters; last night CEO of 7/11.  Of course, the presence of cameras puts the actual employees on guard.

I was wondering if anyone else was watching as well.  The show is very interesting.  I do wonder how they pick the people/locations they go work with and what the presence of the cameras changes, but I think so far, all of the CEOs have really learned some good things about their company.  It is easy to think about policies and procedures from the corporate side of things and forget how difficult some of them are to those that have to implement or live with them every day.  I do think it is important for all top executives to get out of their offices and spend time "in the field" of their organization.

I too believe all CEOs should get out of the office and truly see and understand how their company actually works.  All be it, all employee's are on their guard when management comes around!
