Does anyone out there have a sample RFP that they would be willing to share?  We're looking to have proposals submitted to evaluate selection of a new payroll system and a second one for selection of a new benefits (mainly health insurance) broker.  Because of the company's size, in the past we've selected locally and not required standardized proposals, so this is new for us.  I'd like to make sure I haven't missed any important details.  If you're willing to share, my email is sarab@hlipublishing.com.
