You could have an antigossip policy, but it would be virtually unenforceable.
You would have to define "gossip," and it would be difficult to prove that the gossiping occurred and what the content was.
This could also turn into a vehicle for workers to turn in colleagues they don't like. And it won't do much for morale.
Some of your other policies would cover gossip when it disparages other employees, divulges trade secrets, etc. If people waste time talking to others and are not productive, your discipline policy could kick in.
