Emergency Action Plans

I was curious if anyone had a sample of their Emergency Action Plan that they could share with me?  Our company does not have one and I need to write one.  There is just so much that needs to be covered and I wanted to see if I could get some type of sample to go by.  I can be emailed at bwatson@4mbc.com.
