We are sorry for the inconvenience when your recent post was held for review by our forum moderators. There are certain key words that will trigger review by a moderator. In addition, if a post contains a link to another web site it is usually flagged for review before it posts to the site. We have had some trouble with individuals posting generic messages with links to commercial sites that are not related to HR, employment law or a related topic. Our goal is to keep the forum free of this type of "spam" so this remains a site where professionals can share information.
