Required poster for Cobra Premium Subsidy?

I was contacted by our compliance poster company regarding ordering the required Cobra Premium Subsidy poster that was to be posted on April 17th (according to them).  This is the first time I have heard anything regarding a required poster for the Cobra Premium Subsidy and I have reseached the ARRA thoroughly from day 1.  I was aware of and complied with the new notice requirements.  Has anyone else heard about this requirement?  or is this just a ploy for the poster company to make $?

i have never heard of such a thing as a requirement for a COBRA Premium Subsidy Poster.  there are new notice requirements for the cobra subsidy but the feds provided model notices for us

or maybe someone would know it as the "jobloss poster".  Anyone?

The DOL's Q&A on the COBRA premium subsidy does not state that any poster is required (just the notices you already know about).  However, employers can obtain a Job Loss poster from the DOL at http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/COBRA.html.  That poster discusses COBRA, retirement benefits and HIPAA for individuals who have lost their jobs. As far as I know, this poster is not mandatory.
