Direct Deposit stubs

Looking to switch to iPaystatments with ADP and stop distributing direct deposit stubs (can get them online). 

Wanting to find out if this is ok in FL, NJ & SC.  Thanks.

    You can find this type of info on this site, HR.BLR.com. In most states you can deliver the required statement online but you have to make sure all employees have access to them, meaning they all have ready access to a computer and printer at work. You still need to check your state rules for each state though.
