Wondering what other companies use as it relates to annual performance evaluations. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Does anyone use a system that does not have a ratings scale?  If so, what system? 
Any ideas are appreciated.  Thanks!
