Communications Training for HR Staff

I would truly appreciate if anyone can recommend a consultant firm or person who specializes in Training for HR staff? We are looking towards organizing a program that focuses on effective HR communication with it's internal cusotmers. I will post the compiled results. Thanks!

Why don't you contact the Business & Industry Services or Workforce Development department at your local community college to see if they provide a course or consulting service on this topic--probably cheaper than a consultant firm.

We've used Fred Pryor Seminars for a few things before.  In the two I've been to, it's been a basic rundown of the subject and then further elaboration as the day goes on.  They were quite informative.
