Ladies and Gentlement of HR-

 I am looking to create or utilize a survey already created to assess my ee's satisfaction come the new year.  Have any of you had any expereince with Survey Monkey?  Positive or negative...I am looking for some feedback on their performance.  I have found, based on their marketing, that this may be a useful tool not only from the HR standpoint but also for suveying customer satisfaction/feeback.  I would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has used this site.  Thanks!

We used to use Survey Monkey, and it worked fine for basic surveys of our employees, but we switched to Zoomerang about 18 months ago as it has a much more robust analytics and reporting function and is able to handle large amounts of responses.

We've used Survey Monkey for several years now.  It's a pretty basic survey, but easy to complete for the employees.  It was dirt cheap and compiling the results was a snap.  We have a lot of older workers who are not as comfortable with computers as the younger employees, and this was great for them to use.  The format we used was a 1-5 scale and a space for comments.  Nothing to snazzy, but worked well.

I've used it several times and like it better than Zoomerang. I find the reports easier to read in Survey Monkey and the employees like it better also.
