Web-based recruiting system

We are a looking for input on recruiting systems to gather online applications, voluntary affirmative action data, etc. so that we can try to move away from a paper-based system as much as possible.  There is a recruiting module with our HRMS system (ADP HR/Benefits, aka: Employease) which we are considering as a potential option, but we have to do an analysis to see if other, better options are out there for an employer of our size (130-140 employees, non-profit).  Cost and flexibility are main considerations.

 Any suggestions out there?

I am in Virginia. The city has begun using 'NeoGov' for such purpose as you describe. There are several layers of querying the system and also several layers of rights to grant for use. It is user friendly. <NeoGov.com> wil provide you contact information. Hope this helps.

forestpd, did you ever find a solution? If not are you just interested in online applications and aa data or are you interested in the other traditional applicant tracking features out there?
