There is a site that has an interview-building tool www.BuildAnInterview.com that you can use to construct job-related interview guides for any job; based on core competencies, has behavioral interview questions with target behaviors for each (what to look for in the candidate's response to the question) and a "library" of hundreds of jobs already designed so you can download an interview guide for your open job, edit it if you like, or not -- takes you through the whole interview protocol while keeping you and your company "safe" in terms of illegal questions, looks and feels very professional to the candidate, and actually collects great job-related information about the candidate's potential success on the job! Each interview guide is re-usable and you can save it to your own hard drive. The site also has lots of "freebies" -- free interview guides, hundreds of articles on interviewing, resources for job seekers. Go there and ask for a free demo and they'll set you up to try it for free a few times. Great way for HR to look good to hiring managers by emailing them a prepared interview guide that is job-specific, saves them time, and keeps them legal. Inexpensive if you sign up.
