If a candidate submitts an online application, do you have to require they complete a paper application?  We are adding computer stations in our lobbies for candidates to complete online applications, but want to totally nix paper.  Is that possible?

Yes. It is possible.  We do electronic applications.  You just need to retain them the same amount of time you would paper ones as dictated by your state.
