Decrease in Pay

Due to financial restraints, the company executives have decided that everyone at the Director and above level will be required to take a paycut. At one point in my studies, I remember a few states had requirements that the company notify the employee in writing 30 days prior to decreasing pay. I can't seem to locate any reference to this issue for Texas.

I would be shocked if Texas had something like that in place and it would definitely be news to me.
In Texas no notice is required, however you can not make it retroactive.
