FMLA Information

I thought I would pass along this blog on FMLA.  It is a good reminder about what is allowed and not allowed when reviewing the medical certification to determine eligbility for FMLA.  Just as a synopsis - an employer is only entitled to certain information, and that does not include the actual diagnosis for what the employee has.  Also if you need clarification on something from this medical certification, your company's health care provider should get this, with the employee's permission.
