Six Sigma Certification - HR Projects

Does anyone have any background with HR Six Sigma Projects?  I am applying for Green Belt training and am thinking about doing it on turnover but am interested in other's experiences and topics!  Thanks!!!

I don't know much about Six Sigma, but there was an article in the HRDA a while back written by someone who has a black belt. The article is at http://hrdailyadvisor.blr.com/archive/2008/01/25/HR_Process_Hiring_Empoyment_Recruiting_Improvement_Six_Sigma.aspx   It does sound interesting, although I wonder if it neglects the people side of HR in favor of process.
