Bad Attitude

I have an employee who hates working at our dealership. When I send an email, he usually replies with a neg comment. He seems very unhappy working there and I have told him to leave if he is not happy. What do I do.
Comments
It is hard to discipline an attitude, as that is very subjective. If his attitude is affecting his performance then you can discipline him for not doing his job.
