New I-9 Form

does anyone know when we have to start using the new i-9 form? we hired a new employee right when the new form came out.  should we ask the employee to fill out the new form or should we keep the old one that we already have on file?

According to the article on HR.BLR.com about the new I-9 form being released, all employers should start using the new form as of 11/7/07.  The article does say that DHS will be allowing a 30 day grace period to start using the form.
