Taking the PHR January 2008

I am taking the PHR in the next few weeks.  Of course I am really nervous as I have heard many versions of what to expect.  Some say that the questions on the SHRM learning system in no way mirrors the test.  Others say that Ann Bogardus' book and Cert Gear.Com is the way to go...................Can anyone who recently took the exam tell me what to expect in terms of the degree of dificulty.  I am not new to HR, but a great deal of the information appears new to me.

    I took the SPHR in June this year and passed. I used the SHRM Learning System exclusively as my study aid. I found it to be extremely helpful. Especially the opportunity to test in a timed situation over and over again. The questions are not going to be exactly the same, of course, but the way they are written and the percentages of each type of material are representative of the actual test, at least it was in my situation. I can't speak to the other material because this is all that I used.
