I'm really new to payroll...we have an employee who recently started with us, lived in Arizona and moved to California for his job. I cannot find the CA tax forms that he needs to fill out and he said he doesn't need to fill anything out yet in California...he said he doesn't have to fill anything out with California for a year and just continue to pay Arizona taxes. I'm confused! I've tried looking up what he is talking about but there is so much information out there that I just can't seem to get a clear answer. Does anyone have any good CA resources I can check out?
