Sunset Tan as "How Not To"

Hey, any of you watch Sunset Tan? That show could be used as a primer in a college course on how not to manage employees.

The employees goof off, don't follow policies, and generally back stab each other at every opportunity.

And those owners--they don't do anything about disciplining the employees, and they let the employees tell them how to run the company. They do seem to be making a lot of money,,though.

Hey, it's on E on Sunday Nights after "The Girls Next Door," (which I only watch for the articles), but it's rerun all the time.

Maybe the company needs a ruggedly handsome HR pro to come to the rescue and straighten out the mayhem among the managers and employees
--I can take a sabbatical.
