Healthcare Turnover Rates

I have recently accepted a position in a healthcare facility (previously in manufacturing) and although my career has been in Human Resources I am shocked at the rate of turnover esspecially with LPN & CNA positions.  Do you know of a average turnover rate for these positions or a reliable source for searching?

I have consulted various clients in this industry and the turnover varies drastically depending on the company. All I can tell you is that it is usually pretty high.
