I am the moderator for BLR's HR Forum. I noticed that you are posting questions in the admin area for BLR's HR forum, rather than the subject areas. In order to get a response from other forum members, you should post in the various discussion subject areas (i.e., Benefits & Leave, Discrimination, Compensation). I moved your last post re: age to the "Discrimination" area. You shoudl receive responses shortly.
