Need help to determine sick days

My company's policy is written as "sick days will be available after 90 days on the job, accruing at 1-1/2 hours per payroll period (paid every other friday with pay period ending through the prior sunday)
Is there some type of online free software or online form that I could use to determine how many sick days our employees are entitled to and use?
I can use the old fashioned, manual, method if possible, but I'm looking for an easy way out!

You could program an Excel sheet to calculate and track sick leave by applying the 1 and 1/2 hours every PP, track deductions and add EE after 90 days.
