Pay Budgets

I'm wondering what people are thinking about for salary increase budgets and rate range adjustments for 2008.  Any information you can give me would help.  Thanks.

Hi Kate. We participated in BLR's pay budget survey and a couple of others. At this point, we aren't predicting any big increases in our merit budget--still somewhere between 3 and 3.5%. However, I'll be curious to see the survey results when they are out later this month.
