OFCCP and the EEO-1

Anyone know if the OFCCP has issued new rules yet to align the affirmative action race/ethnic categories with the new EEO-1 Form?

I haven't heard anything yet.  I believe OFCCP is reviewing its regulations and it hasn't proposed revisions ... yet.

By the way, I just took a look at the the April 2007 edition of the Labor Department's "Regulatory Agenda" and it mentions OFCCP's revisions to correspond with the new EEO-1 report.  The agenda has a date of June 2007 for the proposed regs,  but I don't know how set in stone that date is.
