CA Rest and Meal Breaks

Any CA employers out there? Watch out, now your employees have 3 years to sue if they were not given an additional hour of pay on a day they were not provided with a meal or rest period. The CA Supreme Court ruled. Make sure you give you employees their breaks and meal periods....This can really add up if you do it on a regular basis.
