USERRA and families of employees in the military

We know that you are following USERRA with regard to your employees in the military, but are you doing anything special to help their families?  If so, please share your story.

We have given time off to employees who have family members who are about to go on active duty. For employees who go on military leave, we pay the difference between their regular and military pay.

We have also given time off to employees when their family members are leaving.  Also, we have collected "goodies" for the troops and sent them to the family member that has been deployed so that he/she can share them with others.
