I came across an article (link below) about how Geraldo Rivera lost a speaking engagement because of a "selfie" (a photo he made of himself) showing him less than fully attired. The college hosting the conference noted that the photo was inappropriate and rescinded its invitation to him to speak at their conference.
How would you handle it if one of your employees posted an inappropriate "selfie" on a social website?
Do you have a policy cover such behavior?
