notice stupidity

I cannot find my rules on when and how many notices go out for FMLA, and the DOL website is designed for employees, not employers. I guess I am just have a stupid moment because I can't find them on the site. ::angryface::
Does anyone have a list of the possible notices we have to give? I am thinking the employer has to send out one to notify the employee they are at then end of their FMLA, but it has been so long since I needed to send one I can't find my usual notice. Am I just be stupid (again)? :help:

There is no DOL form for notifying employees they are at the end of their FMLA leave. In fact, there is not really a specific requirement that you send any notice about that fact.
The DOL's only forms are the Eligibility/Rights and Responsibilities Notice, medical certification forms, QE leave certification form, and Designation Notice. You can find them at http://webapps.dol.gov/libraryforms/FormsByAgency.asp under Wage and Hour Division.

Thank you!
There are compensations though. Expecting our 11th grandchild shortly. The other 10 and the 2 great-grandchildren make life lots of fun.
I can fully appreciate the train running full steam ahead.
I am so happy for you with all of your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We were blessed late in life with our two boys. One just graduated college and the other is a senior. We do not even have a prospect of a daughter-in-law – much less grandkids… Oh well all in due time.
Turst you and yours are warm today. I estimate your weather is a day or so ahead of us here in central Missouri and it is cold here today.
