Employee Address Change

I just wanted to confirm if an employee's physical home address changes, but not their mailing address is it necessary to ask the employee to complete new W-4 forms to reflect their new physical address? Any other information would be appreciated.

I don't think it's necessary if the employee used his/her mailing address when originally completing the form. The mailing address on the W-4 should still be applicable.
