job description language re: driving

I am writing a job description for a network administrator position. The person needs to be able to get to our backup facility quickly if needed, and that involves a car trip rather than public transportation. We don't care if they drive or get driven, whether they own a car or use Zip car and get reimbursed, so I thought I'd avoid the "must have a valid driver's license," "must own a car," etc. I came up with "must be able to make occasional trips to backup facility in [city name] in a timely manner."

Does anyone have more elegant phrasing for this? Thanks.
