Federal Contractors & Training Obligations

Can anyone tell me what Federal Contractors are minimally required to train Hiring Managers (and employees?) on with regards to Discrimination/Affirmative Action/Civil Rights Act, Etc. Are contractors required to conduct annual training? If so, with who and what does the content need to include? Thanks for your help!
