ERISA Compliance Management

Good Morning,

Can you please tell me how you will be handling your ERISA compliance management regarding supplying your employees with Plan Documents, Summary Plan Documents, Summary of Materials Modification and Wrap and/or Mega-Wrap documents? Will you be doing this yourself or hiring a company? If hiring a company can you provide the name of the company, the cost for this service, and the number of employees employed with your company. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Mary, where are you located? What type of benefit are you preparing for? Have you checked with the insurer or 401(k) management company?

Hi Mary, we provide this information electronically, by posting the required information on our company intranet, posting electronic announcements that the info is there, and also sending a company-wide email with the same. Easy, no muss, no fuss.

Edit: (addition)
Our 401k administrator as well as a few of our insurance vendors also do this via mail for certain items - definitely check with your broker for support.
