Retailiation Policy

Hi,

We are trying to incorporate some verbiage in our HR Manual around retaliation. I didn't see any policy templates for it in HR Laws. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations?

What sort of retaliation policy are you looking for? Most often, mentions of retaliation come in the context of Harassment & Discrimintion policies or whistleblower policies. You could try checking there first, if you haven't already!

As SNC indicates, ours is part of other policies, not stand alone

SNC is right on target about retaliation usually being part of other policies. It's included in the Harassment/Discrimination policy on HRLaws.

We have a non-retaliation clause in several policies - including our Whistleblower policy, of course.
