2012 Employee Benefits Other than Health Insurance

We just published the results of our annual survey of our readers on employee benefits other than health insurance (we do a separate one one that). I was surprised by the number of responses that said they offered things like pet insurance and yoga classes. Still small but seems to be a trend.

I love it, Frank. There are actually videos on the web about "doga" doing yoga with your dog. I can't imagine trying to do yoga with a cat though. We have often told Tony that we want a craft/yoga/pet room as a benefit at the office.

Yeah, cats need yoga because they're not nearly flexible or relaxed enough.
