Hi everyone,
I read this article and wanted to share it with you.

Would you offer any of this same advice to employees? What, if anything, about the advice gives you heartburn?

I found most of the advice in the article to be good, and I have given the same advice to employees myself (with the exception of the one about office romances...I haven't ever had anybody actually ask me about that before).
And the one about looking good kind of goes hand-in-hand with the current thread where we've been discussing dress codes.
However, I am preparing a leadership training using video clips from Celebrity Apprentice. You can learn a lot about how NOT to treat people from that show.
