DOL FMLA Paperwork is expiring

Has anyone checked regarding when the new FMLA forms will be available? They expire 12-31-11 and I have not located new ones. Any information would be appreciated....thanks!

I haven't heard anything yet. I've been waiting for the DOL to revise the forms to include some GINA-compliant language, rather than me revise my own

I haven't seen anything on new forms from the DOL either. They still have the "expires 12/31/11" forms up on the DOL website.

While we're all waiting for the newest versions, the current FMLA forms with the GINA language are available on both HRHero and HRLaws.
