Can you imagine what either of those two "adults" would do to an employer. Shortly after their first performance review, they decide they don't like receiving constructive criticism and sue the employer for not being nice to them. Even worse is the father who can't let go of his hostility toward his ex-wife.

Sad, very sad.

It sounds like the father has a terrible influence on his children. The kids will suffer the most, but if I was using him for a lawyer I would change to a new one. His comments that he tried to discourange them are ludicrous.
