HR professionals are bombarded with chatter from a myriad of people pretty much on a minute-by-minute basis. Sometimes it can be difficult to come up with the most appropriate thing to say in response so many HR folks have stock phrases they can use in a pinch.

What's your favorite HR phrase?

I sure wish I had thought of this one yesterday when I had a complaint about grass being thrown by the mowers (40 feet away) and sticking to someone's car. All I could say was to catch me next time it happens and we will send a picture to the maint company.
