I was wondering if any of you use Peer Review software and would care to share the name of the software that your organization uses. Also, can you advise once you gather the data how you implement it. Do you use this information for annual reviews etc...

    I'm afraid that I don't have direct experience with performance review software, but am pretty sure that most of the companies that provide tools for gathering the review data have methods for implementing the review process as well. If I were you, I'd do a search on a few terms like "performance management software" or "peer review software" to see what's available. I think you'll find a multitude of choices from companies that offer free trial periods. You could sign up for one or two and see if they meet your needs.
