Does anyone have a contract for contributing bloggers that involves no compensation?

    Looks like you've stumped the forum!

    I think there are a couple of options for obtaining such a contract. One option is to use a vendor contract you may already have as a template, replacing the specifics of the work to be done, etc. Another is, of course, to consult with an attorney. If you don't have access to one and can let me know what state you're in, I can refer you to the Employers' Counsel Network attorney for your state.

    Like you suggested we are revising our freelance writer contracts to reflect what we need in a blogger. This is a new territory and we want to make sure our contract is sound.
