Have you ever noticed how often a HR HERO poster mentions a topic and then one of the MLS staff mention that there just happens to be an upcoming audio conference scheduled on that EXACT topic?

Coincidence? Perhaps... Or is it...

It's just that those MLS people are marketing pros. They never miss an opportunity to point out that they sell just the thing we need. Of course, since the forum is free we [I]appreciate[/I] all thier offers.

Hmm. I'm weirded out. I sometimes speak to HR professionals about how to read a financial statement and tie it to HR duties and HR metrics, but I have never spoken on this topic before. Not to worry. Lack of knowledge or experience never stopped me before.
