Do any of you have a policy that states you will drop employees or their dependents from your medical insurance who have double coverage?
How has this worked out for you?
Would you be willing to share your policy?

2. Coffee, I am not sure. This kind of policy is news to me. I dont think we are seriously considering it. But I was curious if anyone had a similar policy?

Re Frank Speak, I think he's implying that you're going to take a hatchet and cut off dependents from your benefits plan.
Frank, if I've misrepresented your intentions, please chime in to clarify.

I thought he was talking about the Molly Hatchet song "Flirtin' With Disaster".

Woo-hoo! \:D/What do I win, besides the tremendous satisfaction of being able to figure out your mid-70's pop culture references?
Uh oh! cnghr has crossed over to the "Dark Side".
I'm not sure I could ever understand how Frank's mind works, I just have a lot of otherwise useless pop culture references from several decades cluttering up my brain and I'm just thrilled if I can find a use for one of them!
Our policy does not state we will "drop employees or their dependents from our medical insurance who have double coverage" But it does say "Adult dependent children who are eligible for their own employer-sponsored health plan or, if marreid, are eligible under their spouse's employer-sponsored health plan are not eligible dependents of the Plan.
Spouses and children of the adult Dependent child are also not eligible under the Plan."
