SM - Help!

For all those out there whose company has offices in multiple states, can you tell me if you use state specific employment applications for each of yoru locations (states) or do you use a generic application for all?

  • We use one application for all states we hire for (used to be paper, now it is electronic). In our signed release, however, once the applicant gets to background check/reference check time, we include all the specific language required by different states (our background check administrator handles this for us so that we're all legal and kosher).
