Reading about the recent leak of hundreds of government documents, makes me wonder what steps HR folks take to keep their confidential documents, well, confidential.
So, my questions are:
What do you do to make sure confidential employee information does not become public knowledge within your environment?
What do you do if information leaks? What is your "clean up" procedure"?
