I'm glad no one involved works here. I can only imagine the problems it would cause once the dispute became public.

I'm speechless....that is unbelieveably insensitive, even in this day and age when insensitivity seems to be the norm.

Now the woman is saying her husband has been suspended from work while it is investiaged. I'm not sure what they can do since it was her FB page, and not his. Plus she has apologized. He was the driver of the offensive truck, but he claims it was just a Halloween decoration. She is now saying that she was the bad guy and firing him will hurt him and the entire family. I'm sure that is true, as who will hire him or her in the near future? If they do fire him, I wonder what grounds they will use?????

Hubby has only said his wife often alienates people by her "brutal honesty." I think he is living in a make believe world if he considers the pictures to be merely 'brutal honesty.'

However, I am really curious about how this will play out on the business side. If YOUR employee was the culprit here, what would you do? Would you even address it at all?

If they were my employee, I would transfer them to Frank's neck of the woods. And then let nature take its course...
