Microsoft Sharepoint Platform/Performance Management

Does anyone use a performance management/goal management tool that interfaces with the Microsoft Sharepoint platform? We're transitioning almost everything into a Sharepoint interface (I swear, each day it's becoming more and more like HAL), and next up is performance reviews.

Ideally we'd like to build the program ourselves, but I know there are a few "off the shelf" Sharepoint applications are out there.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!
